NubRub is an all-natural residual limb balm made in small batches in Jacksonville, Florida. NubRub is a TrueLymb product. 10% of all profits go to amputee programs.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or buy from us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to orders and subscriptions placed through our storefront.
We only collect what we need to sell you a jar, ship it, and support you afterwards.

Our contact form opens your own email program and sends your message straight to us as email — it does not store your data on this website. We do not run advertising or analytics tracking code on this site, and we do not use it to build a profile of you. If we ever add analytics, we will update this policy first.
Payments are processed for us by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you pay, your card details go directly to Stripe and are used to authorise and complete the charge. TrueLymb LLC never receives or stores your full card number, and we cannot see it. We only see the limited confirmation details Stripe returns to us (for example, the card type and last four digits) so we can match a payment to an order and issue a refund if needed.
The same applies to Auto-Ship subscription payments: recurring charges on your saved payment method are executed by Stripe under the authorisation you give when you subscribe. Stripe handles your card data under its own privacy policy, and we do not keep your card number in our own systems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for others to advertise to you.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights. If the business is ever sold or transferred, customer information may transfer as part of it; this policy would continue to apply unless you are told otherwise.
Our storefront uses cookies and similar browser storage that are needed for the shop to work — for example, keeping your cart and your signed-in session. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and account features may then stop working.

We keep order and payment records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Contact form emails and support emails are kept only as long as needed to help you.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using a payment processor that is set up to handle card data. No website or email method is completely secure, so please do not send card numbers to us by email — we never need them and we will ask you not to send them.
This store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not sell products to children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page, and we will email you if a change significantly affects how we use your information.
