1. Where we ship from and how fast

Orders ship from Jacksonville, Florida, usually within two business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Orders placed at the weekend or on a holiday start their handling time on the next business day.

Once your order leaves us, delivery time is set by the carrier and is not guaranteed. If a package is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, email orders@shopnubrub.com and we will work with the carrier to make it right.

2. Shipping rates

The free-shipping threshold is measured before tax and after any discount, and is judged per order. If you mix jars in one order the combo (bundle) discount applies automatically, which can also change whether your order reaches the $60 free-shipping threshold.

Subscription deliveries are charged shipping each time they ship, under the same rules — flat $6, free over $60. We do not currently ship internationally through this site; if you need an international or wholesale shipment, email us first and we will quote it.

3. Tracking & delivery

• We email you when your order ships, with tracking where the carrier provides it.
• Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot an error before the order ships, email us straight away and we will try to correct it.
• If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the package, check with neighbours and the carrier first, then email us and we will help.

4. How payment works

Payments on this site are handled by a third-party payment processor, Stripe. When you check out, your card details are entered on and sent to Stripe, not to us. TrueLymb LLC never receives or stores your full card number. We only see the confirmation Stripe returns to us — for example, the card type and last four digits — so we can match your payment to your order and process a refund if one is due.

Prices are shown in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price that applies. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address where required by law.

5. When you are charged

• One-time orders: your card is charged when you place the order.
• Subscriptions (Auto-Ship): your first charge happens when you subscribe; after that Stripe automatically charges your saved payment method every 4 weeks (4 oz plan) or every 6 weeks (6 oz plan) until you cancel.
• Failed payments: if a charge is declined we will email you and try again. If it keeps failing we may pause or cancel the subscription.

Recurring billing, the renewal date, how to cancel and the 3-business-day cancellation cut-off are set out in full in Section 7 of our Terms & Conditions. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of deliveries.

6. Accepted payment methods

The payment methods that are switched on for our store are shown at checkout. All of them are processed by Stripe. If a card or wallet is not shown at checkout, it is not enabled for us at that time. We do not accept bank transfers, cheques or cash by post, and we will never ask you to send money to a personal account.

7. Refunds & billing enquiries

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Once we approve a refund, it is normally processed straight away, but your bank can take several business days to post it. See our Returns Policy for the 30-day guarantee and what is not refundable.

If you see an unexpected charge from us, email orders@shopnubrub.com first — most of the time it is a subscription renewal and we can sort it out quickly.
